ServiceNow Delivery Manager/Architect

They're now seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Manager / Architect to lead strategic implementations and drive platform excellence for key government projects.

About the Role
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can combine deep technical expertise with delivery oversight. You'll architect scalable ServiceNow solutions, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead cross-functional teams through complex, high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and more
* Architect secure, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow platforms aligned with client needs
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical strategies
* Mentor and guide delivery teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution
What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and delivery leadership
* Strong understanding of platform capabilities, scripting, and integration methods
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) highly regarded
* Must be based in Canberra
* Baseline security clearance or higher is required
