    Lead solution design & delivery

    Oversee integrations with existing enterprise systems to deliver seamless, end-to-end workflows.

    Drive successful delivery

    Lead project planning, resourcing, and execution to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.

    Coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and consultants.
    *

    Proactively manage risks and resolve challenges to keep delivery on track.

    Provide technical leadership & innovation

    Stay ahead of ServiceNow roadmap updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

    Mentor and coach junior consultants, supporting their technical and professional growth.

    Conduct technical reviews and assessments to identify optimisation opportunities and long-term improvements.

    Communicate with clarity & confidence

    Produce high-quality design documentation, implementation plans, and delivery reports.

    Present solutions, recommendations, and outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

    What You'll Bring

    Experience that makes a difference

    *

    7+ years' experience in IT consulting, including at least 3 years in a leadership or senior consulting role.
    *

    Proven success leading complex ServiceNow implementations from strategy through delivery.
    *

    Strong experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.

    Certifications

    *

    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    *

    At least two ServiceNow mainline certifications (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CAD, SPM, IRM)
