* 3-4+ years' business analyst experience.
* 2-3+ years experience with ServiceNow.
* Excellent analytical skills and business presentation skills.
* Experience working in an Agile project environment.
* Experience gathering and documenting client requirements.
* Strong client interfacing skills: a positive attitude, highly motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification.
