Here at Nelson Frank we specialise in ServiecNow recruitment and currently we are working with an Elite ServiceNow partner in New Zealand who are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join the team.
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients' requirements and showcasing how ServiceNow can enhance their digital transformation initiatives. You will actively support Sales and Presales activities, identifying and qualifying opportunities, building proof of concepts, and delivering compelling demonstrations to customers. By providing high-quality expertise, you will become the trusted advisor for our clients, presenting innovative solutions to stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Delivering successful outcomes in client engagements is crucial in this role. You will ensure excellent reputation for delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. Cultivating strong relationships with ServiceNow solution consultants, account executives, and other relevant ServiceNow representatives is essential to collaborate effectively and drive impactful results. Your responsibilities will include conducting customer-facing workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts, developing solutions for complex portfolios/domains, and actively participating in project meetings to support the project manager.
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will provide valuable insights on the ServiceNow platform, including new releases and future road maps, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve. Your extensive knowledge of service modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and CMDB will be put to use as you design effective solutions aligned with business value priorities. ServiceNow certifications and experience leading and delivering projects will be highly desirable for this role.
Preferred/Highly Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Knowledge of service modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, CMDB).
* Extensive Stake holder engagement experience.
* ServiceNow Certifications
* CTA (Not a must but preferred)
* Experience leading and delivering projects.
