    The role would be for Design and Architect Service-now ITSM application.     * Should have strong hands on experience with DevOps tools integration and automation trigger capability
    * Strong understanding with workflow engines
    * Strong understanding of design methodologies to create prototypes for client engagements
    * Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform to Identify system deficiencies and recommends solutions
    * Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards and best practices
    * Conduct periodic reviews with teams. Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management.
    * Participate in customer business meetings with various stake holders.

    Job description

    Duties:

    * Development, management and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules, product development, and some system administration tasks.
    * Performs management and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules, product development, service automation, and system integrations. Participates and manages development efforts pertaining to modules, applications, and major releases of the ServiceNow native platform and Service Portal
    * Participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, requirement gathering, design, development, documentation, and rollout phases. Contributes to the strategic development of new platform customizations, as needed, based on customer needs.
    * Advise the customer on approaches and best practices for administering and maintaining a ServiceNow installation with ITSM and ITBM capabilities.

    Requirements:

    * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
    * 7+ years of experience with software design and development
    * 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, scripting, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
    * Experience with ServiceNow IT​S​M ​and IT ​development and integration, including strategic portfolio managemnet
    * Experience in working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
    * Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC) desired

    Requirements

    * Develop quality software and web applications
    * Analyze and maintain existing software applications
    * Design highly scalable, testable code
    * Discover and fix programming bugs
    * 3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc)
    * Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL's, UI scripts
    * Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services

    * Participate in SCRUM calls

    Qualifications

    * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
    * Development experience with JS or ServiceNow
    * Experience working with ITOM products is a plus
    * Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps is a plus.
    * Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously
