I am working with a ServiceNow partner based in the Netherlands who is looking for a ServiceNow HAM consultant.
The role can be performed remotely, aside from key workshops at the beginning of the project in Utrecht, and very occasional important meetings throughout the project.
This will be an initial 6 month contract but this partner often builds long lasting relationships with contractors that run for many years, involving many projects.
The ServiceNow HAM consultant is accountable for all aspects of the technical solution and implementation of Hardware Asset Management. This person will lead the requirements gathering workshops. The HAM consultant will designs the overall solution based on ServiceNow best practices.
Responsibilities
● Define technical solutions and design that are aligned with the clients' business
● Lead requirements gathering workshops to capture all functional and technical requirements necessary to implement the solution#
● Serve as the primary technical point-of-contact
Qualifications
● Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the delivery of HAM solutions
● Minimum 5 years' experience in ServiceNow
● Ideally experience from multiple end to end HAM implementations
● Dutch speaking (English speaking can apply, but Dutch speaking applications will be prioritized)
