This is a key role within their ServiceNow practice, overseeing delivery across multiple secure projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects within Federal Government environments
*
Manage delivery teams, project scope, timelines, and budgets
*
Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders and vendors
*
Ensure best practice across ServiceNow implementation and governance
*
Support continuous improvement and innovation across the ServiceNow platform
About You:
*
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Engagement Lead
*
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and delivery lifecycle
*
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
*
Experience delivering projects within secure environments
*
Active AGSVA Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, or NV2)
