Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Location: Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane / Auckland
An award-winning ServiceNow Elite Partner is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their growing practice and help deliver enterprise-grade solutions across ANZ.
As part of the ServiceNow Practice, you'll lead technical project delivery and provide consulting expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules. You'll design and implement solutions that drive innovation, improve operations, and deliver measurable value to customers.
Key responsibilities:
* Design and implement scalable, sustainable ServiceNow solutions that deliver tangible business value.
* Develop and contribute to technical designs that support customer innovation, improved operations, and ServiceNow maturity.
* Leverage best-practice delivery methodologies with a focus on efficiency and repeatability.
* Act as a technical SME to support scoping, estimation, design, and architecture of new or existing opportunities.
* Contribute to the continuous development of productised services and internal frameworks within the practice.
Requirments:
* 10+ years of experience within the IT industry.
* Proven background in customer-facing consulting and/or pre-sales roles.
* Strong ability to translate complex business challenges into effective ServiceNow solutions.
* Skilled in engaging with diverse stakeholders and communicating confidently with senior business and technical leaders.
* Solid background in application development and system integrations.
* Deep understanding of ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations, with the ability to design scalable, outcome-driven solutions.
* Experience collaborating with ServiceNow sales teams, solution consultants, and account managers.
