    * Lead POV efforts to prove out the viability of solutions and guide customers in the testing of various POV success criteria
    * Build and maintain relationships with customers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales process
    * Lead customer workshops and meetings to scope and design solutions based on customer needs, to include:
    * Business problems and pain points
    * Technical use case requirements for data and process integration's
    * Detailed security reviews
    * System and architectural diagrams
    * Present new product requests from customers to the Product Management Team
    * Engage in continual self-learning on the evolving data and process integration solutions within the Enterprise ITSM space


    * In depth ServiceNow understanding
    * 3+ years of experience in a similar role selling to large Commercial or Enterprise organisations
    * Working knowledge of various SaaS platforms in the ITSM. Any experience working with CRM, and DevOps would be beneficial
    * Working knowledge of data and data structures
    * Ability to manage your own self-paced learning of new data integration and ITSM technologies

    * Provide subject matter expertise, act as technical product advocate, design, develop and implement ITIL, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC (Expertise in 2-3 module with core ITSM + Integration expertise) processes within ServiceNow platform.
    * Implement technology specific best practices and standards.
    * Analyze and Evaluate alternative solutions and recommends cost effective and efficient solutions
    * Proposes data model, design changes to processes and products, exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment.
    * Translates requirements into functional and technical requirements
    * Design and develop ServiceNow data model to support process integrations, ITAM & CMDB

    * Strong working knowledge in all aspects of Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management and ITIL practices
    * Strong working knowledge in each of the following: ServiceNow, JavaScript, web services, JDBC and distributed computing
    * Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools
    * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and configuration of the IT platforms, this will mainly include ServiceNow although also includes SAP.     Role Responsibilities:

    * Ensuring that you have the knowledge to be the SME for IT systems
    * Great communications with stakeholders so you're able to analyse business requirements and ensure you're able to design improvements to fit their needs
    * Develop the ServiceNow catalogue for both internal and external use
    * Facilitating data dissemination from cores systems into other tools, real time dashboards or reporting
    * Upgrading, deigning and developing the platform's core modules (ITSM, ITOM and CSM)
    * Creation and changes of UI scripts and business rules
    * Building and maintaining Service Portals and Virtual Agent
    * Configuring Integration Web Services with Third Party applications by using SOAP API Web service
    * Supporting other members of the team with in-house training

    Essential Skills:

    * Experience of ServiceNow administration (any experience with ITOM and CSM would be beneficial)
    * SQL and SAP Query writing skills
    * Good experience working with ITSM processes
    * Understanding of ITIL best practice
