    * As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, you play a critical, technical leadership role within our ServiceNow Practice and across our client space. You are responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of complex and innovative ServiceNow and cross-technology solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities to drive the success of our projects, mentor junior team members, and foster growth in our technical acumen and our service revenue.
    * Solution Design and Architecture: Lead collaboration with clients, internal stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to drive requirements definition, create a shared understanding of business processes, and design robust and scalable ServiceNow and integrated technology solutions. Create certainty in the solution when there is client ambiguity, and lead the client to informed architectural sound solutions. Lead the sharing of knowledge across the practice, including white papers, demonstrations, and lunch and learns.

    SOC Analyst - 24x7 Shift Pattern
