    Role Overview-



    We are seeking a Certified ServiceNow Developer to support a client expand and mature their ServiceNow platform. The organisation is currently enhancing its ServiceNow capabilities by rolling out additional modules, automating business processes, and implementing a structured CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices.



    As part of this transformation, the client is establishing a ServiceNow Center to provide governance, scalability, and long-term platform success. This role will play a key part in shaping the ServiceNow roadmap and leading complex implementations, including modules such as Security Operations (SecOps) and Demand & Project Management.



    Key Responsibilities-



    * Act as a ServiceNow technical authority within the CoE, ensuring best practices and architectural consistency
    * Lead and contribute to ServiceNow projects from analysis through delivery
    * Design and implement process automation across IT and business workflows
    * Define, implement, and govern CMDB and CSDM models
    * Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
    * Support the rollout of new ServiceNow modules and platform enhancements
    * Maintain high-quality documentation for processes, solutions, and configurations



    Required Skills & Experience-



    * Certified ServiceNow Admin (mandatory)
    * Professionally Dutch Speaking
    * Strong hands-on technical experience with the ServiceNow platform
    * Expertise in CMDB implementation and CSDM
    * Experience delivering large-scale or enterprise ServiceNow implementations
    * Strong understanding of process design and automation
    * Excellent project planning and organisational skills
    * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
