An established ServiceNow Elite Partner is continuing to scale its ANZ practice and is looking to bring on an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to work across a wide range of enterprise and public sector engagements.

This is a chance to step into a senior, hands-on role where you will influence solution design, mentor others, and work on meaningful, end-to-end ServiceNow deliveries rather than pure BAU work.

The Role

As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will play a key role across both technical delivery and client engagement. This position blends deep platform expertise with consulting capability and suits someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing outcomes, and working closely with customers and delivery teams.

You will work across multiple ServiceNow modules and be involved from early-stage design through to build, integration, and go-live.



What you will be responsible for

*

Designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across various ServiceNow modules
*

Building integration's using REST APIs, scripting, and custom development where required
*

Providing technical leadership during discovery, scoping, estimation, and solution design
*

Contributing to architecture decisions to ensure solutions are scalable and fit for purpose
*

Maintaining delivery artefacts, documentation, and technical standards
*

Acting as a trusted technical advisor during client workshops and stakeholder sessions



What we are looking for

*

5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
*

Strong background in ServiceNow development and integrations
*

Solid skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
*

Broad module ServiceNow exposure with ITSM essential
*

Confident customer-facing consultant with strong communication skills
*

Background in a consulting, systems integrator, or managed services environment preferred
*

Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, CIS, ITIL, or similar
