We're recruiting on behalf of a leading global consultancy with an established ServiceNow footprint in Australia, delivering complex, high-impact solutions for government clients. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and trusted delivery, they're seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead solution design and architecture across major federal projects.

About the Role
As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. You'll work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure architectural integrity, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps)
* Provide technical leadership and governance across project lifecycles
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions
* Ensure compliance with security, performance, and integration standards
* Mentor technical teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect in complex environments
* Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
* Deep expertise across ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities
* Strong understanding of integration patterns, scripting, and platform governance
* AGSVA security clearance is essential
* Must be based in or willing to relocate to Canberra
