Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: London (Hybrid/On-site as required)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Rate: Competitive (Inside/Outside IR35 - DOE)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract based in London. The role will focus on developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across core modules
*

Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
*

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
*

Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
*

Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues and defects
*

Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
*

Produce clear technical documentation where required

Key Skills & Experience:

*

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a commercial environment
*

Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
*

Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
*

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
*

Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
*

Ability to work independently in a contract role

Desirable:

*

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or module-specific)
*

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
*

Previous contract experience within large or complex organisations
