An international organisation is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer / Platform Specialist to join its Global IT Service team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and enhance scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions
*

Manage the full development lifecycle (build, test, release, documentation)
*

Develop automations and integrations with external platforms
*

Support, configure and maintain ServiceNow instances
*

Coordinate external service providers on complex initiatives
*

Deliver upgrades, updates and ongoing platform improvements
*

Advise stakeholders on best practice platform usage

Your Profile

*

Several years' experience in ServiceNow development or platform specialism
*

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Service Portal and IntegrationHub
*

Experience with API integrations and workflow automation (e.g. Power Automate)
*

Good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
*

Confident working with cross-functional teams and external partners
