We're recruiting on behalf of a trusted IT services provider supporting critical infrastructure and enterprise platforms across Australia. They are seeking a ServiceNow Operations Engineer to join their growing team and ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow environments.

About the Role
As a ServiceNow Operations Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimising ServiceNow platforms, supporting incident resolution, and implementing enhancements that improve system reliability and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and maintain ServiceNow platform health and performance
* Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues across modules and integrations
* Implement updates, patches, and enhancements in line with best practices
* Collaborate with technical teams to support deployments and change management
* Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
What We're Looking For

* Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow operations in enterprise environments
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, scripting, and platform architecture
* Ability to diagnose and resolve performance and configuration issues
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Based in Melbourne or Sydney
