ServiceNow Technical Consultants - Security Cleared (Aus-wide)

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading ServiceNow consultancy delivering high-impact solutions for federal and state government clients across Australia. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and trusted delivery, they are expanding their team of ServiceNow Technical Consultants to support a growing portfolio of secure projects.

About the Role

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you'll work closely with clients and project teams to design, develop, and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions. You'll be involved in the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and optimisation, ensuring solutions meet both technical and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements
* Design and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
* Develop custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript and Glide
* Ensure solutions align with best practices, security standards, and client objectives
* Support deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For

* Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and scripting
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS etc.)
* Must hold active Baseline security clearance or higher
* Open to candidates based anywhere in Australia
