This position can be based in either London or Manchester on a hybrid working pattern.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Power Platform, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You'll work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to align platform strategies with business objectives, ensuring efficient, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the Power Platform strategy across the organization, driving digital transformation and process automation.
* Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of applications built on Power Platform.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Build and manage a team of Power Platform developers, architects, and consultants.
* Ensure best practices in governance, security, and scalability across Power Platform implementations.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and drive continuous improvement within the platform.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in Microsoft technologies and guide the team in adopting cutting-edge features.

What You Bring:

Power BI Developer - 80k

Nigel Frank are proud to be supporting our client, a leading global organisation. Our client is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join there London team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Data Consumption area, specifically in Power BI development, and a deep understanding of Power BI infrastructure, administration, and system integration.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience within:

* Power BI
* System Integration
* Support and Maintenance
* Infrastructure Management

What you'll be doing:

* Intergrating Power BI with various data systems and sources to ensure data flow and accuracy.
* Develop complex Power BI reports
* Implement and manage data refresh schedules to ensure all data is up to date
* Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system security
* Oversee the administration of Power BI environments, including gateways, capacity planning, and workspace management.
* Train and mentor junior developers and business users on Power BI best practices and usage.

Technical Skills:

* In-depth knowledge of Power BI architecture, including Power BI Service, Power BI Report Server, and Power BI Desktop.
* Strong experience with DAX, Power Query, and M language.
* Proficient in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.

SOC Analyst - 24x7 Shift Pattern

This is a golden chance to demonstrate your technical skills and establish yourself within a leading Microsoft Gold Partner. They have been helping big names secure their businesses efficiently since the turn of the century, and now they are rapidly expanding out their teams.



This role involves working closely with external clients, providing security event monitoring and incident response services using the Microsoft 365 stack. They are looking for someone with hands-on experience in the Microsoft 365 house, providing technical support to users.



This is a fully remote role with a 24/7 shift pattern, so please take this into consideration. As my client are a Microsoft Gold Partner, they want to invest heavily into this engineer and help them gain multiple Microsoft certifications!



Roles & Responsibilities

* Incident responses for customers/clients
* Give triage and trigger escalation/assignment as appropriate
* Look into event alerts, and work with the customers on this
* Working on a 24/7 shift rota, doing 8 hour shifts (35 hours a week, 7 days on 4 off)
