We're recruiting for a ServiceNow Product Owner to join an established organisation that is continuing to invest in and expand its ServiceNow platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a platform that is still in its early stages, giving you the chance to influence its direction, define the roadmap, and drive adoption across the wider business.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Own and manage the ServiceNow product roadmap and backlog.
    * Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather, challenge and prioritise requirements.
    * Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
    * Work closely with technical teams to deliver new functionality and enhancements.
    * Ensure developments align with business priorities and strategic objectives.
    * Champion best practice and help maximise the value of the ServiceNow investment.

We're looking for someone with experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Platform Owner within a ServiceNow environment.

    You'll have:

    * Experience owning or managing a ServiceNow platform and product roadmap.
    * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    * Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM, with exposure to additional ServiceNow modules.
    * Experience of HRSD would be advantageous but is not essential.
    * A collaborative approach and the ability to translate business needs into prioritised deliverables.

In return, you'll join a well-established organisation where you'll have genuine ownership of the platform and the opportunity to shape the future of ServiceNow across the business, alongside a competitive salary, annual bonus and an excellent benefits package.

If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact and help drive the evolution of a growing ServiceNow platform, we'd love to hear from you.
