    Job description

    ServiceNow Project Manager - Remote - up to £65,000

    I'm currently working with a ServiceNow Partner who are looking to grow their functional team. They have a very strong team culture that they pride themselves on to ensure that their employees continuously want to improve their practice.

    Responsibilities:

    * Be responsible for the successful delivery of new products built on the ServiceNow platform and for significant enhancements to the existing product set
    * Provide support to the Project Managers from the ServiceNow CoE delivery team who are responsible for the delivery of applications to support internal CC functions
    * Provide support to the Project Managers from the ServiceNow CoE delivery team who are responsible for the deployment of accelerator products to their customers
    * Report to the Solutions Development Director but be expected to prioritise her/his own work and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales

    Accountability's:

    * Reaffirming project scope against project objectives and goals, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
    * Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and internal customer stakeholders (including roles/responsibilities and areas of the project requiring essential internal customer involvement/input)
    * Determining and assessing the need for additional staff and/or consultants and liaise with the Resourcing team to obtain additional staff
    * Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
    * Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
    * Proactively managing changes in project scope, identify issues and managing risks
    * Providing feedback to other Solutions Development team members, and Team Leads and management in the wider ServiceNow CoE to recognise quality work, and the need for development and improvement of people and processes

    Experience:

    * Previous experience of managing IT transformation or software development projects (preferably ServiceNow related)
    * The ability to engage with customers at all levels of seniority
    * Good knowledge of the different ITIL disciplines and the implementation applications to underpin them
    * Be capable of working with both internal and external customers and managing their expectations

    My client are currently looking for a CMDB Analyst who will be responsible for identifying and documenting the data items required in ServiceNow to satisfy the business requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    * Identifying the golden source of all required data items (including Foundation data) that are required for ServiceNow, document in the data design document, and ensure the data is available for the ServiceNow implementer.
    * Identifying and supporting necessary proof of concepts to validate the identified data sources are readily available to support ServiceNow data requirements.
    * Work with the Integration team to identify licence and config/development work necessary to support ServiceNow and support the project manager to raise required work orders and change requests.
    * Where data needs to be imported manually, ensure the data is cleaned and formatted correctly for importing into ServiceNow.
    * Where data is provided via integration's, ensure the data is mapped, cleaned, complete and formatted correctly for importing into ServiceNow.

    I'm currently looking for a ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect who will be responsible for leading scoping, designing, developing and implementing across multiple projects. You should have previous experience of analysing requirements and ensuring the correct solutions are in place to reflect industry best practice. A part of this role will be helping and mentoring other ServiceNow Solution Architects to help them progress their career.

    The Role:

    Preferred Experience:

    * Strong experience in leading a projects while consulting with enterprise organisations ensuring that the project is delivered within time and budget
    * While leading the team you should be able to work with every part of the team to ensure everybody is working towards the same target
    * In depth understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions
    * Confidently being able to communicate with stakeholders in a clear, open, honest and consistent manor to ensure that both parties are aligned through every part of the project
    * Ability to produce clear documentation
    * Strong negotiator, influencer and team player, used to managing multiple stakeholders in demanding time-critical situations.
    * Passionate about areas of expertise, managing your own development by learning continuously from experience and seeking out development opportunities

    Certifications:

    * Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
    * Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 3 product suites
