    Job description

    We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    * Conducting code reviews to ensure ServiceNow best practices are being adhered to
    * Providing technical recommendations and direction for ServiceNow implementations and/or enhancements
    * Serving as a ServiceNow subject matter expert for Bravium's clients and internal ServiceNow development team
    * Providing high-level estimations on work breakdown structures for ServiceNow implementations and/or enhancements
    * Working with the ServiceNow development team to demo potential solutions as required
    * Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline the overall platform

    Requirements
    Minimum skills and qualifications:

    * U.S. Citizenship
    * 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in multiple medium to large enterprise environments
    * 7+ years of experience with application development experience SDLC, Agile Scrum, etc.)
    * Possess an in-depth working knowledge of the technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules
    * Possess experience with new ServiceNow implementations/deployments
    * Must work well in a team environment
    * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
    * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

    Additional Preferred Skill Requirements

    * ITIL Foundation Certified
    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

    Qualified candidates must have:
    * 5+ year work experience in a technical role, preferably client service market
    * Knowledge of web based development languages (JavaScript ,HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML)
    * Working knowledge of relational databases
    * Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and SSO integration
    * Strong analytical, estimating and problem solving skills
    * Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
    * Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse audiences
    * Ability to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly
    * Ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities
    * Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations and procedures
    * Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
    * Positive can-do attitude

    Major Duties
    1. Defines designs and documents system requirements to provide efficient solutions for ITSM process enhancements
    2. Works with Process Owners on continual Service improvement opportunities
    3. Provides process and technical solution options, risks and impacts
    4. Ensures quality work product
    5. Ability to manage multiple and often conflicting tasks; effectively prioritize
    6. Escalates issues in effective and efficient manner
    7. Serves as key subject matter expert; mentors and shares knowledge
    8. Creates and maintains process documentation for team and users
    9. Fulfills role while working on multiple projects
    10. Builds positive relationships with all partners
