Nelson Frank is working with an Elite partner in Brisbane who are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Consultant to join the team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Driving the continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings
* Mentoring and coaching other consultants within the team
* Acting as the SME point of escalation for project related matters
* Ensuring project design, quality and repeat-ability documentation and processes are available, accessible and understood by the team
* Providing well-conceived, clearly articulated and pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems
* Understanding the client's vision and how ServiceNow contributes to their digital transformation journey
* Supporting Sales and Presales activities through opportunity identification and qualification, building proof of concepts and presenting demonstrations to customers
* Providing high quality expertise to gain trust from the client as the go-to advisor
* Presenting solutions to stakeholders at all seniority levels
* Delivering successful outcomes in client engagements, ensuring an excellent reputation for delivery and ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings
* Cultivating strong relationships with ServiceNow solution consultants, account executives and other relevant ServiceNow representatives
* Conducting customer facing workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
* Developing solutions for one or more complex portfolios/domains to ensure effective solutions are designed in accordance with business value priorities
* Engage in project meetings and performing tasks including project implementation planning, identifying project risks/issues and provide estimates as required to support the project manager
* Review project deliverables to ensure high quality standards and customer requirements are met
* Providing ServiceNow platform insight and forward-thinking on ServiceNow upgrades, new releases, future ServiceNow road-map

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Relevant tertiary degree, and/or recognised industry qualifications and experience
* Minimum of 5 year's commercial experience in a software discipline;
* Experience with web-based technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, API's, Databases, Security and System Integrations
* Proven consulting skills including analysis, design, project management and organisational change management skills
* Demonstrated ServiceNow experience and certifications (Certified System Administrator and a Certified Implementation Specialist certifications)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills in building and maintaining relationships
* Ability to capture customer requirements, translate into effective ServiceNow designs and form build/configuration activities
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal communication and written communication
* Comprehensive experience in Agile techniques
* Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, with acute attention to detail
* Adaptable ability to meet deadlines and deliver to changing priorities
* Ability to lead a customer engagement from start to finish, acting as a subject matter expert within your field
* Expertise in data/workflow modelling skills to a level of multi-level swim-lane process models or BPMN
* Ability to complete work within the ServiceNow platform including configuration of modules, reporting, workflow, self-service portal, systems integration and data transforms



Preferred/Highly Desirable Skills and Experience:

* Knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL or SIAM)
* Technical skills in web based technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML/JSON, REST/SOAP Web Services)
* Experience working in a structured environment with an understanding of the principles of project management methodologies such as AGILE (Scrum) and WaterFall (Prince/PMBOK)
* Experience with data flow and data modelling tools

ServiceNow Senior Developer - Knutsford (twice a week) - up to £90,000

What will you be doing?

* Providing architectural and design oversight to ensure all solutions are fit for purpose and use
* Designing and building technical solutions based on client's needs and process requirements
* Delivering solutions using Agile software development processes
* Understanding the current "as is processes" and delivering toolset changes based on upcoming process changes
* Taking care of end to end development activities for a specific enhancement or project as an individual contributor
* Ensuring gaps are clearly identified and reported to stakeholders
* Working closely with vendor resources to meet development deadlines in case of larger projects
* Producing design documents where ever necessary What we're looking for:
* Knowledge of the following modules within ServiceNow: Incident/Problem/Change, CMDB, Discovery, IntegrationHub, Knowledge and Service (Request) Catalog
* Demonstratable experience in the following: ServiceNow web services & APIs, JavaScript, Flow Configuration, relational databases and Web Technologies
* Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation from all relevant business areas

Job description

ServiceNow Technical Platform Lead - London - up to £100,000

I'm currently working with a global shipping company who are looking to expand their ServiceNow team. They're looking for somebody to come in to lead the ServiceNow Platform.

What You'll be Doing:

* Ensure the continual service improvement backlog is constantly groomed to show the priority of tasks against the value they bring
* Ensure that there is a reliable mechanism and process to allow for the configuration/customisation of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows, UI, client scripts, business rules and asset discovery
* Utilise scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create automate tasks within ServiceNow
* Ensure active integration's with existing tooling, such as SNOW, Finesse and SAP Success Factors are monitored and improved upon to develop the most concise picture of our assets, support picture and colleagues
* Responsibility for the management, integration to and content of the CMDB utilising ServiceNow discovery and ACC-V
* Knowledge management, utilisation, and measurement
* Provision of Technical and Service report writing and dashboard creation for team leads to drive down Incidents and see visible trends
* Perform integration's and process automation using ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring that ServiceNow remains the focus point and linking tool to other departments backlogs, and tooling to allow for smooth integration and collaboration

Key Skills and Experience:

* 4+ years development experience within ServiceNow, administrating, designing, developing, and delivering on the platform
* Ability to multitask effectively during busy times and remain calm during stressful situations
* Demonstrable expert knowledge and skills to create capabilities to drive self-service and automation. (Service Portal, Orchestration, Integration Hub)
* ServiceNow implementation and development experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue/ Request Fulfilment, CMDB & Asset/Procurement)
* Strong Asset Management experience to drive governance, audit, and expenditure forecasts
* Designing and developing custom applications

Preferred Knowledge:

* ServiceNow Administrator Certified
* Certified Implementation Specialist
* Delivered 3+ Projects on the ServiceNow platform
* Experience as a technical resource working on the development of ServiceNow solutions (essential)
* Good working knowledge of ITIL/ ITSM Frameworks
* Experience with any of the following ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, and Integration Hub Experience
* Experience in implementing ServiceNow Self-Service Portals
* Strong knowledge of utilising Flow Designer and Integration Hub to execute spokes and Powershell scripts over the MID Server to drive automation
* Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
