We're looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Developer who's passionate about building intuitive, secure, and scalable HR solutions that truly improve the employee experience. In this role, you'll use the power of the ServiceNow platform to simplify HR processes, modernise employee services, and support key moments across the employee lifecycle-from onboarding to career transitions.

You'll work closely with HR leaders, architects, and delivery teams to turn real business challenges into elegant technical solutions, all while following ServiceNow best practices and contributing to a growing, forward-thinking platform.

What You'll Be Doing

Build impactful HRSD solutions

* Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery capabilities including:

* HR Case & Knowledge Management
* Employee Service Center (ESC)
* Lifecycle Events
* Employee Onboarding & Transitions

* Create smart, automated workflows that improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Deliver high-quality technical solutions

* Develop using JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
* Configure catalog items, record producers, HR services, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
* Implement robust security controls (HR roles, ACLs, COEs) to protect sensitive employee data.
* Support platform upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Create great employee experiences

* Build modern, user-friendly experiences using Employee Service Center and UI Builder.
* Design role-based dashboards and pages that are intuitive, accessible, and mobile-ready.

Integrate & optimise

* Integrate ServiceNow with HR and enterprise systems (HRIS, payroll, IAM, document management) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
* Support data migration, synchronisation, and data integrity across platforms.

Collaborate & support delivery

* Partner with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
* Support testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and contribute to documentation and governance.
* Work in an Agile environment with a focus on quality, performance, and user experience.

Essential experience

* Strong hands-on experience developing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions.
* Practical experience with HR Case Management, ESC, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management.
* Solid understanding of ServiceNow's data model, security model, and scoped applications.

Technical skills

* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and API-based integrations.

Soft skills that matter

* Ability to translate HR needs into clear, scalable technical solutions.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, HRSD Implementation Specialist).
