Role Overview-



We are seeking a Certified ServiceNow Developer to support a client expand and mature their ServiceNow platform. The organisation is currently enhancing its ServiceNow capabilities by rolling out additional modules, automating business processes, and implementing a structured CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices.



As part of this transformation, the client is establishing a ServiceNow Center to provide governance, scalability, and long-term platform success. This role will play a key part in shaping the ServiceNow roadmap and leading complex implementations, including modules such as Security Operations (SecOps) and Demand & Project Management.



Key Responsibilities-



* Act as a ServiceNow technical authority within the CoE, ensuring best practices and architectural consistency
* Lead and contribute to ServiceNow projects from analysis through delivery
* Design and implement process automation across IT and business workflows
* Define, implement, and govern CMDB and CSDM models
* Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
* Support the rollout of new ServiceNow modules and platform enhancements
* Maintain high-quality documentation for processes, solutions, and configurations



Required Skills & Experience-



* Certified ServiceNow Admin (mandatory)
* Professionally Dutch Speaking
* Strong hands-on technical experience with the ServiceNow platform
* Expertise in CMDB implementation and CSDM
* Experience delivering large-scale or enterprise ServiceNow implementations
* Strong understanding of process design and automation
* Excellent project planning and organisational skills
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nelson Frank is partnering with a specialist technology consultancy delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs within complex and highly regulated environments.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the delivery of platform enhancements and module implementations across a range of enterprise workflow solutions.

This is a hands-on contract role suited to someone who enjoys technical delivery, platform configuration, integrations, and working closely with technical and project stakeholders in fast-moving environments.



Key Responsibilities

* Configure and customise ServiceNow platform functionality across enterprise workflow modules
* Develop platform components including workflows, scripts, forms, access controls, automations and user experiences
* Build and support integrations with external platforms and APIs
* Translate technical requirements and user stories into working platform solutions
* Collaborate with architects, testers and project stakeholders throughout delivery cycles
* Contribute to release activities, testing support and defect resolution
* Maintain technical documentation and configuration records
* Identify and escalate technical risks, design considerations and implementation challenges early

Skills & Experience

* Hands-on ServiceNow development experience within enterprise environments.
* Experience delivering solutions across modules such as HRSD, CSM, SPM, PSDS, IRM
* Strong scripting and platform customisation capability using JavaScript-based development approaches
* Experience developing:

* Automated workflows
* UI configurations
* Security and access controls
* Notifications and reporting
* Portals, workspaces or employee/customer experiences

* Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems and APIs

Desirable Experience

* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or module-specific certifications)
* Experience delivering within government or highly regulated environments
* Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD or automated testing practices
* Experience supporting deployment and release activities

Requirements

* Baseline Security Clearance, or above
