I'm supporting a leading consultancy that is expanding its ServiceNow capability in the UK. We're seeking ServiceNow Implementation Consultants to join a high-performing and growing practice. HRSD experience is highly advantageous but not essential.

Role Overview

* Contribute to or lead full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM
* Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to shape high-quality solutions
* Support the development of best-practice frameworks and platform standards
* Mentor junior colleagues (for senior-level applicants)
* Occasional travel to client sites across the UK, with full flexibility

Requirements

* Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in consulting or delivery roles
* Strong understanding of platform configuration, integrations, and delivery methodologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CTA, etc.) are a strong plus

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a leading organisation to secure a Senior ServiceNow Admin/Consultant to join a high-performing platform team. Reporting into the Product Owner, you'll play a key role in enhancing and optimising the ServiceNow platform within a managed services environment.

This is a great opportunity to drive continuous improvement, deliver scalable solutions, and help maximise the value of an enterprise-wide ServiceNow investment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including workflows and integrations
Leverage out-of-the-box capabilities to deliver secure, high-performing outcomes
Champion best practices across development, releases, and platform maintenance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business value
Support automation, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to platform operations, reporting, and mentoring junior team members

About You

Proven experience across ServiceNow
Strong ITSM knowledge and hands-on platform experience
Experience with integrations and platform design
Comfortable working in agile environments with strong stakeholder engagement
Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident owning end-to-end delivery
ServiceNow certifications and ITIL highly regarded
