Votre rôle principal en tant que Consultant(e) Data Gouvernance sera d'être garant.e de la réussite de la transformation de nos clients vers une organisation d'entreprise "Data- Centric" ou "Data-Driven".



Vous serez amené.e à participer à :

* La mise en œuvre d'une approche de data gouvernance et data management ;
* L'optimisation de processus de gestion de la qualité des données ;
* L'analyse des enjeux stratégiques et des use cases de nos clients autour de leurs problématiques de la gouvernance de données ;
* La conduite des missions de cadrage sur la gouvernance de données ;
* L'élaboration et la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie Data afin de répondre aux besoins clients : diagnostic, évaluation de la maturité, évaluation de la qualité de données, définition d'une feuille de route…
* L'implémentation des outils de Gouvernance de données : Dictionnaire de données métier et technique, glossaire métier, data lineage technique et fonctionnelle, connecteurs de scan des bases de données, métamodèle, qualité de données, rôles et responsabilités, workflows de gouvernance ;
* La fiabilité et la qualité des livrables (mise en production) ;
* Vous êtes l'interlocuteur.trice privilégié.e des différents acteurs Métiers et IT, et garant de la qualité et de la conformité des livrables.

Au sein de l'équipe Cloud et devOps, vous êtes en charge de projets (On-Premise & Cloud) et participez à l'automatisation, l'architecture, la maintenance ainsi qu'à l'évolution de nos infrastructures.

Role et responsabilités :

- Automatiser le déploiement et la maintenance de l'infrastructure On-Premise et Cloud ainsi que des application

- Identifier des moyens et approches permettant de rendre les systèmes plus efficients et d'optimiser l'utilisation des ressources

- Proposer et implémenter les bonnes pratiques en matière de sécurité, de haute disponibilité et tester leur bon fonctionnement

- Participer à la conception des produits et assurer le livrable

- Assurer une veille technologique et proposer des évolutions pertinentes en conséquence

ServiceNow Senior Developer/Technical Consultant:

* Work closely with the Business Analyst to understand and develop the technical solution as detailed in user stories
* Providing expertise on all technical questions related to the development of ServiceNow
* Understand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for the success of the project

ServiceNow Architect:

* Development of digital solutions for our customers based on ServiceNow
* Advice to customers in the ServiceNow modules
* Analysis of customer requirements
* Creation of user stories based on customer requirements
* Creation of process documentation
* Conduct customer workshops and training
* Support and participation in pre-sales and customer workshops

Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years ServiceNow development experience
* ServiceNow implementation experience

Description

Currently seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team full-time. To enhance our ServiceNow delivery capability, Our Team is looking for high caliber, multi-dimensional ServiceNow delivery experts with proven skills in assisting organizations in adopting SPM best practices and optimizing them on the ServiceNow platform. Successful candidates will have experience running multiple SPM Management projects from start to finish, including workshop delivery, requirement gathering, and development. As a member of the project team, the Technical Consultant will be working with our clients to assess current state processes and tools, define ServiceNow solution requirements and tailor ServiceNow in alignment with these requirements.

While this team member will specialize in SPM, we value platform versatility so expertise in core areas of the platform like Incident Management, Asset Management, and integrations with other platforms will allow the successful candidate to operate across multiple disciplines.

This position is remote, and candidates can expect to work during normal business hours associated with their local time zone. <20% travel is expected with a goal to keep travel at a minimum.

Responsibilities

* The SPM Technical Consultant will support the Business Process Consultant in gathering and analyzing requirements, solution design, and execute the migration, while delivering high customer satisfaction.
* Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for projects and as the face of the development team to the customer
* The successful candidate will have significant knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, services, and associated configurations
* Configure, customize and code all areas of the SPM suite, including Pro features such as APM, APW, Investment Funding, Agile, and SAFe.
* Configure third-party integrations using Web Services, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Store Apps.
* Conduct knowledge transfer and/or training sessions with technical and non-technical teams.
* Work with sales and presales teams to assist with scoping service engagements

Qualifications

* 1-3+ years of ServiceNow experience
* 1-3+ years of ServiceNow SPM Management experience
* Experience participating in at least four full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations involving SPM
* Scripting business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, automation etc.
* Excellent understanding of implementation methodologies/SDLC (ex. Agile Scrum, Waterfall)
* ServiceNow Certifications for System Administrator and CIS PPS t is required, additional certifications including CIS APM would be preferred
* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
