Responsibilities:

* ServiceNow administration experience with exposure to building and configuring ServiceNow applications and services.
* Understanding of both client and server side scripting and adhering to ServiceNow coding best practice.
* Create and updating documentation and procedures. Adaptable with the willingness to push themselves in a challenging and evolving environment.
* Takes part in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities as well as trouble shooting
* Working alongside business analyst and assisting in qualifying client requirements.
* Qualify client requirements through validation of "needs" versus "wants".

Skills Required:

* Experience in administering ServiceNow Platform

What Will You Do!

* This role involves working directly with clients:
* Conducting Assessment Workshops remote/on-site with customers

* · Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or similar years of experience in a related field
