Role Details:

* Experienced in implementation of ITSM solution using industry best practices
* Experienced of implementing ITSM + (one of ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD)
* Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound
* Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation
* Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation
* Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates and Mid Server
* Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance
* Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases.
* Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management, custom applications development, LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Orchestration use case implementation , CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM


* Experience in working on Performance Analytics
* Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
* Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM
* Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred
* 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow required
* 8+ years of experience with IT Industry required

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect for an awesome permanent position in Auckland with a major ServiceNow partner.

Role & Responsibilities

* Assist in the mapping of customer requirements to standard ServiceNow functionality.
* Support pre - sales meetings with prospective and existing clients.
* Create good working relationships with clients.
* Define strategic solutions to support existing and new client needs.
* Assist in the development of project effort estimates.
* Create solutions to deliver consistently with the project vision and objective.
* Work with the project management team to determine required resources and create realistic time lines that can be met.

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience with ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Request Management,Configuration, Asset, Discovery and Event Management.
* Experience in process management and Automation projects.
* Previous experience with Stake holder management
* Exposure to pre - sales.
* Experience with ServiceNow in similar role.
