About the Role:



The team is growing once again and we're looking for a Sales Executive based in Sydney with a passion for:

* Enjoys the challenge of cold calling and sourcing new business.

* Passion to grow and succeed, through creation and execution of strategic sales plans to grow our sales and business on a whole.

* Actively liaise with an existing client base while extending their business knowledge through regular communication.

* Liaise with the marketing team on marketing ideas and promotions on how to attract new business.



Experience and skills we are looking for



* Over 5 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to grow existing business whilst hunting new business opportunities
* Proven experience with accurate planning and forecasting
* Proven experience in new business sales, not just account management.
* Working with Business Development team to overseeing their opportunities and helping drive them to success. Continual market surveillance including tender activities and competitor reports
* Strong customer service ethics
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Has previous exposure in selling around NSW Government and other enterprises
* Ideally has previous experience selling ServiceNow and understanding of licensing models.

Responsibilities:

* Document and analyze key client organisational processes.

* Applying functional knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow to customer needs and requirements.
* Providing advice to customers regarding the best processes.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service to the clients.
* Increase ServiceNow knowledge by learning, training and furthering certification.
* Conduct design, modifications, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide systems.
* Conduct training and workshops.
* You will be hands on in developing in JavaScript on ServiceNow on multiple enterprise level projects on a day to day basis.
