ServiceNow Configuration Manager - £65,000 - Remote (UK Based)
I'm currently working with a ServiceNow Partner who are looking to hire a ServiceNow Configuration Analyst/Manager into their Service Configuration Management practice to ensure integration's with other ITSM practices such as Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the day to day activities of the practice, including establishing priorities and work assignments
* Tracking compliance to policies and procedures and resolving / escalating any compliance issues
* Facilitating Configuration Management audits
* Regularly review discovery output to ensure data accuracy and completeness in the CMDB
* Mentoring the organization on Configuration Management services, concepts, policies and procedures
* Providing and approving all requirements, use cases, user stories, etc. in support of new or improving functionality
* Configure and generate reports for different stakeholders, providing key insights into the status and health of the CMDB
Skills and Experience:
* 4 years experience working with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform
* Strong analytic ability, and capable of investigating and troubleshooting issues independently
* Strong understanding of ITIL - preferably qualified
* Experience with Discovery and/or Service Maps
