ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant - £500/£600 per day - Remote (small amount of travel to London)
My client are a prominent IT solutions provider, delivering Applications, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Infrastructure services globally. They are currently looking to bring in a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to build their UK offering so are looking for somebody who is both hands on with ServiceNow development as well as helping managing customers from a process perspective.
Experience:
* Assess and enhance the efficiency of deployed business processes, gathering input from stakeholders and end-users.
* Propose and execute improvements to s workflows and foster continuous advancements.
* Identify automation opportunities within business processes using ServiceNow capabilities like workflows, approvals, and notifications. Streamline and enhance processes to boost productivity and effectiveness.
* Cultivate and sustain strong rapport with clients, business users, and project teams.
* Effectively communicate, manage expectations, and provide regular project progress and status updates.
* Oversee other Service Management teams and how they will work with the solutions you're designing
