What You'll Be Doing: As the Lead Architect, you will be:

* Taking responsibility for the ServiceNow platform design, implementing designs based on the business objectives of management
* Working hand in hand with the development team to ensure accurate design and implementation of SN instances
* Consulting with management regarding the feasibility, timeline, and budget of a given project
* Ensure deliverables are timely and accurate
* Troubleshooting any issues with the platform

What We Require:

* Minimum 5 Years ServiceNow Development Experience
* Minimum 2 Years ServiceNow Architect Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science related field
* Must be a US Citizen

About the Role: We're looking for a ServiceNow Architect that can serve as a subject matter expert across multiple projects and modules. This will be a technical, hands-on role for a Senior level ServiceNow developer, and will serve as the Lead Developer and Technical Consultant for the ServiceNow team. Responsibilities will include, among others:

* Conducting code reviews to ensure ServiceNow best practices are being adhered to
* Providing technical recommendations and direction for ServiceNow implementations and/or enhancements
* Serving as a ServiceNow subject matter expert for Company clients and internal ServiceNow development team
* Providing high-level estimations on work breakdown structures for ServiceNow implementations and/or enhancements
* Working with the ServiceNow development team to demo potential solutions as required
* Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline the overall platform

The Ideal Candidate: The perfect candidate will exhibit the following qualities:

* US Citizen/No Need for Sponsorship
* Advanced ServiceNow Platform Development skills (Must be able to demonstrate)
* Advanced ServiceNow Application Development skills (Must be able to demonstrate)
* In-Depth Knowledge of Technical Implementation of various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, etc.)
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
* ITIL Foundation Certification Preferred

Position Responsibilities:
