Responsibilities:

* Document and analyze key client organisational processes.
* Organise ongoing support for customers such as report building, data, quality, new integration's, etc.
* Applying functional knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow to customer needs and requirements.
* Providing advice to customers regarding the best processes.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service to the clients.
* Increase ServiceNow knowledge by learning, training and furthering certification.
* Conduct design, modifications, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide systems.
* Conduct training and workshops.
* You will be hands on in developing in JavaScript on ServiceNow on multiple enterprise level projects on a day to day basis.

Job description

Your new company is a global leader in ServiceNow Implementation and Consulting. We are looking to fill a position in Delivery, however, this role would lead the Delivery team and be responsible for ensuring that business goals are met on time, at or below budget.

In this role, you will work within a team dedicated to the ServiceNow CSM and FSO modules. You will interact with management and executives in varied business areas and you will be supported by a team of best in class developers. In addition, you will:

* Participate in ServiceNow projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for our clients.
* Work with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.
* Develop implementation plans for deploying ServiceNow including establishing key milestones, and finalizing budget/scope and assisting with high level architecture.
* Establish user journeys and create the user stories to support the design and configuration of various areas within ServiceNow.
* Engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions.



The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform, as well as strong app/web development skills. This candidate will also be very comfortable working with stakeholders, clients, and other business teams to ensure proper design and strategy implementation throughout the entire SDLC. Previous project/product lead/manager experience is a plus.



Basic Qualifications

At least 4 years of hands on development experience with ServiceNow CSM or ITSM.

Must have experience in the full lifecycle implementation / delivery of at least 1 ServiceNow project

Must have good communication skills.

Must be a US Citizen/No need for Visa Sponsorship

We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer to support the development and daily operational support of ServiceNow for our Managed Services Practice.

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for taking ServiceNow application design requirements and wireframes and performing development efforts to implement the relevant service portal, UI, Workflow/FlowBuilders, IntegrationHUB, API systems and ITSM components to provide the desired end user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
- UI Development against pre-defined wireframes and application requirements
- Integration of ServiceNow portals and widgets with other 3rd party applications and SaaS offerings
- Workflow automation development with IntegrationHUB and FlowBuilder
- Code Documentation and Support
- Unit and Integration Testing prior to QA team review
- Participating in code reviews and adjusting code to meet best practices, extensibility, and security demands
- Code for Error Handling, Tool Tipping, Data parsing and data validation
- ServiceNow Table design and integration
- Integration of security systems such as AzureAD, Common Access Card Certificates, and IAM RBAC Controls
- CSS Configuration

Job Requirements:

Measurable experience in the following areas:
- Experience in workflow automation
- UI Development
- Agile Methodology
- 3rd party API integration
- HTML5, JSON, CSS, XML, JavaScript
- Python or Java experience preferred (for minor backend development)

- Relational Table design
