Role: Programme Manager/Process Lead - (Inside IR35)
Length: 6 months
Day Rate: £625-650 + P/D
Location: Full-Remote

I am currently representing an exciting company who are doubling in size year on year and are one of Europe's fastest growing companies since 2018, they are a household name and have won several industry recognised awards.

I am looking for a programme manager that will be responsible for establishing and managing a mixed bag of IT projects across numerous technologies and possesses a track record in driving successful and positive change within a business.

Ideally looking for an individual with experience in multiple senior/leadership roles.

What the role will involve:

- Leading technical projects from end-to-end and being able to deliver real value.

- Be able to champion agile principles and practices which will be applied throughout the project life-cycles.

- Grasping the strategic vision on the enterprise engineering team and be able to resolve business critical tasks.

- Build collaborative relationships with all senior stakeholders.

- Ensure that projects are scoped, scheduled, approved and structured in a pragmatic and controlled manner.

- Successfully collaborate with Service and Product owners in a technology driven business.



Technologies/Experience/Skills:
- ZenDesk , ServiceNow, Workday.
- IAM, Networking, EUC, AWS.
- ITSM, ITIL, ESM.

Certifications (Bonus):
-ITIL expert level Certified.
-PRINCE2 Certified.
-Six Sigma Certified.

Junior Project Manager - £35,000 - £50,000 - Remote

The current company are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to come in to the company and become accustomed to the ServiceNow working environment. They are a fast-growing company, so the work which you do now could shape the company for years to come, while also allowing you to be involved in projects which are more complex and engaging than your standard ITSM work.

Responsibilities:

* To assist the lead in implementations while always representing the company in a positive manner
* Regularly communicate with other members of the team to resolve issues as well as accept guidance.
* Ensure project deliverables are complete and accurate.
* Ensure agreed processes are followed including compliance with the company Delivery Methodology.
* Work alongside technical architect to develop project plans and roadmaps.
* Manage project budgets and liaise with budget sponsors where necessary.
* Review and prepare Project Highlight Reports.
* Build and maintain relationships with service partners to ensure delivery of supplier work packages to time and cost.
* Manage all project processes
* Draft project documentation as required by client.

Skills:

* Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
* Excellent communications skills, able to present to peers, customers and the business via phone or in person.
* Knowledge of Project, Word, Excel, Outlook and other office applications.
* Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Permanent, Full-time position (Currently Remote)

Salary: 40/50k + 10%bounus



I'm currently working with a Telecoms and Broadband provider in Hull who are in need of a confident, self-motivated, strategic-minded Business consultant to help deliver on company objectives. The Role itself requires someone to step in to guide the workflow of the projects and act as a bridge between managing the expectations of the stakeholders and the delivery of the project at hand. They must be able to work in a timely manner, in an Agile working approach and be decisive when handling critical business problems or strategic initiatives.



Key responsibility':



* Outlining and developing strategic initiatives that not only match the expectations of the stakeholders, but also deliver company's business values in a timely, budgeted and organised manor.
* Creating realistic business cases that logically and strategically address the project itself. And that can justify costs requirements by highlighting the benefits to the business.
* Able to create, establish and maintain a positive and productive working relationships with stakeholders. This is to enable effective discussion when managing their expectations validating expenditure.
* Co-coordinating all activities throughout the business that ensures that all features have the impact they need, and tracking process along the way.

* Distinct background of an Agile working environment, to enable quick and effective actions to be taken in a demanding working environment.
* History and expertise with stakeholder management. To communicate effectively and outline all requirement costs, manage expectations, meet satisfaction from all parties.
* Business consulting/analysis skills, to understand the difficulties and challenges that the organisation faces, identify them, and produce concrete solutions
