    I am currently working with a ServiceNow Partner who are looking to bring in a ServiceNow Technical Consultant. The company themselves are currently growing and are looking to bring a new member into their team who has the capabilities to make a real impact towards the future of the company as well as the direction of which they go in.

    Responsibilities:

    * Leading the creation and delivery of solutions for customers while considering the requirements during the process design while adhering to ServiceNow best practice
    * Collaborating and contributing to the creation, deployments and maintenance of the technical best practice and standards
    * Ensure that work which is being delivered is completed in a consistent, high quality manner
    * Contribute towards the continual improvement of the ServiceNow Platform by enhancing the processes throughout the project
    * Management of clients after the initial project implementation

    Experience:

    * Active listening skills, respecting others' point of view and takes ownership of contributing the required input while demonstrating strong communication skills
    * Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITSM solutions
    * Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
    * Knowledge of ITIL
    * Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks)
    * Ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
    * Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the department's credibility, operations, and services

    Qualifications:

    * 4+ years working on the ServiceNow Platform
    * ITIL Certified
    * Experience working with CSM (Customer Service Management)

    The Role and Responsibilities

    In this remote position, you will be a very involved ServiceNow developer and working with service management. You are going to be apart of a collective platform team that will increase functionality in projects within technology and business departments. Understand the key application of ITSM and ITOM. Develop ServiceNow results that would include making, and customizing applications, workflows UI behavior, and access controls. You are required to have technical workshop discussions with management and engineering to gain a better understanding of what is needed.



    Requirements

    * At least 3 years of ServiceNow experience
    * At least 3 years as a technical ServiceNow member with experience in ITSM, security operations, and ITOM
    * Scripting Experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, and ReactJS. At least 3 years is preferred
    * Must be able to exceptional organizational skills along with excellent communication skills
    * Prior experience with project methodology and Agile development
    * Know how the Cloud Infrastructure works in and out
    * Experience in fast paced working environments
    * ServiceNow CSA required
    * Micro certifications are a plus
