    Key skills:

    The role:

    ⦁ Looking for true customer needs.

    Your Role

    You will be working remotely working hands-on ServiceNow Developer and service management, you will be on a collective platform team that will grow functionalities and invents, in support of trans-formative projects within technology and business verticals.

    Your responsibilities will include

    Produce and Develop ServiceNow solutions including making, arrangement, and customisation's of Applications, form design, business rules, workflows, UI behavior, user roles and groups, and access controls

    * ITOM expertise including ServiceNow Discovery including Cloud Discovery, as it relates to CMDB health, Service and Service Offering engineering, and CSDM.
    * Integrations, automation, and/or orchestration via workflows, scripting web services/APIs, and Integration Hub.
    * able to tactical part in strategy, solutioning, and execution sessions.
    * Capability to facilitate technical workshops and requirements discussions with engineering and management.

    An understanding of industry best practices, ITSM, and ITOM process areas


    * Must have 3 years of ServiceNow work experience in development, configuration, and administration
    * Must have at least 3 years of scripting experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, and/or ReactJS
    * 3 years in a technical ServiceNow role for the operation of structures within the ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, and/or HR product suites

    Having Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and Integration tools

    * Experience with Agile development and project methodology
    * Must be able to communication and documentation skills effectively
    * Must have a functional understanding of cloud infrastructure
    * ServiceNow CSA required; additional Development Certifications and Micro-Certifications a plus

    ServiceNow Applications and Features:

    Incident, On-Call Scheduling, Change, Knowledge, Request Management and Service Catalog, Discovery, CMDB, Software and Hardware Asset Management, Service Portal, Mobile Now and Agent, Security Operations Security Incident, HRSD; GRC a plus.

    ServiceNow Integration Specialist- ServiceNow Elite Partner

    £65,000 - £85,000k per annum

    UK Wide

    Currently in partnership with a ServiceNow Elite Partner that are actively recruiting for several positions across the board, the role will require for the successful applicant to be eligible for Security Clearance.

    Responsibilities -

    * Experience with Enterprise Software Systems
    * Knowledge of SaaS, on-premise applications and external databases/warehouses
    * Knowledge of system design and development used within web service or message-based applications (e.g. REST/SOAP).
    * Expertise/understanding of ServiceNow integration capabilities to include Table APIs, Scripted APIs, Integration Hub, Import Set APIs, Emails, Pull vs Push data sources etc
    * Advise, mentor, and provide hands-on assistance to other team members regarding the technical solution design and execution.
    * Develop and document best practice approaches and reusable assets for the deployment team
    * Identification & design of ServiceNow integration requirements, including

    -Identity Management service (SSO/LDAP)
    -ServiceNow Mid-tier setup
    -Event Management integration
    -Service Mapping & Discovery integration (CMDB)

    * Create and design user stories as well as assess solution built by developers.
    * Support and Perform system testing and systems integration testing
    * Support user acceptance testing
    * Support go-live and early life/warranty support periods

    Skills Required:

    * Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, JAX-WS)
    * Familiarity with object oriented programming languages
    * Relational database expertise in relation to an enterprise software system (Oracle, MS Sql, MySQL, etc.)
    * AJAX, Jelly, or PERL scripting.
    * Expertise hand-coding of DHTML/XHTML and CSS.
    * XML, XSLT
    * Ability to integrate ServiceNow with SalesForce, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Perspectium etc (MUST)

    Certifications Required:

    * ServiceNow System Administration certificate
    * ITIL Foundation Certified (optional)
