    I am currently working with a global banking organisation who are situated in Cheshire, they are looking for a forward thinking ServiceNow Developer to join the team on a full-time basis.

    The clients global technology unit is a team comprised of approximately 4,000 colleagues based in EMEA, US and APAC and are accountable for delivering and supporting transformational, resilient, secure infrastructure technology and services to customers, colleagues and clients.

    Location: Cheshire (50% remote)
    Salary: £60,000k per annum + comprehensive company benefits and pension scheme.

    Key Accountabilities
    *Deliver solutions using Agile software development processes
    *Understand the current "as is processes" and deliver toolset changes based on upcoming process changes *Customisation or development of enhancement requests for existing ITAM/ITOM tools and processes
    *Take care of end to end development activities for a specific enhancement or project as an individual contributor *Work closely with BA's, Architects, Testing team and process teams Desirable skills:
    *Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes
    *Experience of CMDB, and IT Asset Management
    *Exposure to Vendor Contract Management
    *Knowledge of governance, risk and control frameworks

    ⦁ 3+ years of experience in similar role

    ⦁ An analytical mind
    ⦁ Fluent English
    ⦁ Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
    ⦁ Proactive attitude
    ⦁ Good time management skill
    ⦁ Previous ServiceNow experience and certification.

    Key skills:

    ⦁ Specific IT or Business domain knowledge (ITSM, ITOM, Financial, HR etc.).
    ⦁ Experience with other IT Service Management tools.
    ⦁ Good process/practises knowledge and certification (ITIL, Cobit, it4it, etc.)

    The role:

    ⦁ Looking for true customer needs.
    ⦁ Proposing solutions for customers based on the ServiceNow platform covering multiple areas including: ITSM, ITOM, HR service delivery, project management, cost management and various business service management areas.
    ⦁ Participating in workshops and presentations.
    ⦁ Providing guidance and project related advice to customers.
    ⦁ Facilitating customer workshops and conducting ServiceNow demos.

This role will also be highly consultative as you should be constantly building exceptional client relationships.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Ensure that go-lives, end-user adoption and on-going support is provided
    * Using objectives that you have been given to make into a customer road map
    * Analysing technical requirements and translating them into an architectural blueprint
