    Your New Job:

    Act as Senior ServiceNow Account Executive with a strong history of creating and fostering new/existing pipeline across multiple domestic markets. The perfect candidate can create new opportunities by fostering pre-existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem

    What You'll Do:

    * Drive solutions sales process and bring in new logos
    * Manage many accounts at one time.
    * Qualify and understand customer needs and provide guidance/leadership
    * Build business cases, presentations, and customer strategies
    * Demonstrate ServiceNow solution and value tailored to prospects and existing customers, both on-site and via virtual meetings.
    * Provide mentoring and support to peers and other colleagues in the organization.
    * Quarterback proof of concept/proof of value engagements with prospects
    * Lead strategy and coordination of (RFI) / request for proposal (RFP) documents when approved by the organization.
    * Stay current on product developments/releases to a level required to discuss solutions with Director+ in organizations.

    What You'll Need:

    * Strong enterprise software pre-sales experience is a plus
    * Experience Solution Selling with a strong technical foundation.
    * Solution and process experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, GRC, and SecOps.

    Senior Tech Consultants = $100k-$140k (flexibility)

    Technical Architects = $140k-$160k (flexibility)

    Travel

    Remote throughout COVID with minimal travel post COVID

    Travel would be 2-4 days every 4-6 weeks

    Interview Process

    3 Zoom Meetings

    * 1st Zoom - 30 minute conversation w/ people manager on technical team
    * 2nd Zoom - 60 minute tech interview that involves talking through solutions on user stories from projects and potentially driving conversation so the team can assess breadth of knowledge
    * 3rd Zoom - 45 minute conversation w/ Director of Tech Consulting

    Technical Consultant Skill Set:

    * 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and have a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow enterprise product suite (including core process areas in ITSM, plus others such as ITOM, HR, CSM, UX, ITAM, ITBM)
    * Broad experience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, CMDB, Knowledge
    * 2+ additional process areas outside of Core, at least one process area outside of IT (HR, GRC, Finance Mgmt, Facilities, etc.)
    * Experience in one or more of the following a plus: Orchestration, Integrations, Service Portal (UX Design)
    * Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
    * A passion for advising and guiding customers on how to get the most out of the product and for learning the latest product features.
    * A love of working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment with smart and fun people.



    Technical Architect Skill Set:

    * 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a comprehensive understanding of the product suite
    * 6 to 10 years of related client-facing consulting experience, preferably with ServiceNow.
    * CSA, CAD, and ITSM (CIS) certifications, plus expertise in 2+ additional process areas outside of ITSM (ITOM, HR, CSM, UX, ITAM, ITBM)
    * Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.) and developing with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform
    * Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
    * Experience in one or more of the following a plus: Orchestration, integrations, custom application development.
    * Demonstrated experience with the Agile methodology, leading sprint planning efforts, reviewing stories against business requirements, splitting epics, and ordering development logically
    * Experience assigning estimates for units of work (stories, defects, documentation, etc.) and coaching resources on the technical development and configuration against defined user stories
    * Ability to lead client facing workshops and meetings, and conduct calls with customers independently or in support of business process/requirements gathering efforts
    * Experience with supervising and inspecting code migrations between instances, as well as providing feedback to technical resources on approaches to remediate assigned defects.
    * Ability to keep a client's business goals at the forefront of the conversation and articulate design decisions impacts to maintenance and longevity.

    You will be working for a Digital Engineering Company that is a ServiceNow Gold Services, Gold Sales and Authorized Training Partner.

    ServiceNow Solutions Architect

    The ServiceNow Architect will be focused heavily on client facing responsibilities. The Solution Architect is primarily responsible for supporting the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions to customers, configuration and customization of ServiceNow solutions, and following best practices to improve delivery of projects. The role will be primarily remote with some travel to New York City.

    Additional duties of the role:

    * Work with clients to present implementation vision
    * Create technical best practices to improve delivery, efficiency and quality projects
    * Assist with technical challenges across a portfolio of complex projects
    * Configuration and customization of ServiceNow
    * Development of required client specific reporting
    * Development of requirement integration components
    * Prepare all technology related client facing and internal deliverables
    * Provide technical design and leadership and ensure the highest standard of technical quality

    Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

    * At least 5 years' of experience in hands-on ServiceNow (either system administration, User Interface modification or architectural knowledge) meeting client requirements and performing system tuning
    * At least 5 years' of experience in programming JavaScript or other related technologies
    * At least 5 years' experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform including the customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
    * Experienced in leading other technical team members to a desired solution-requirements review, code reviews, support and coaching
    * At least 5 years of experience in demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills; written and oral
    * At least 5 years of experience in/with ITIL
    * Experience with the configuration of applications, modules, user interface, tasks, emails and events
    * Understanding of packaging and migration of configurations
    * Ability to tailor existing ITIL workflows to customer requirements using workflow editor
