* Oversee and support a large-scale project to implement ServiceNow platform
* Develop relevant project management documentation to properly support the project from start to finish (project charters, project schedules, risk registers, etc.)
* Lead project meetings; follow up on direction, action items, questions, documentation, etc.
* Work with both internal and client resources to assign tasks, manage expectations and ensure timely deliverables
* Record detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables using various requirement gathering techniques
* Identify and mitigate project risk impacts on the project
