ServiceNow Business Analyst

New ServiceNow Business Analyst Role:

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

* Responsible for supporting the project under direction of the Project Manager
* Experience working with Servicenow
* Experience working under government sector preferred
* U.S Citizenship Required
* Effective Team Player
* Perform research analysis and assess/ monitor programs.
* Present Research findings in clear and concise manner
* Functional knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google platforms.
* Working knowledge of system technical development / build or deployment activities (training, communications, system rollout)
* Principle Components to be performed under this contract are

* ERM Application Configuration and Technical Implementation Support
* Standard Operating Procedure Support
* Technical Training Support
