As a experienced Business Analyst you will be working specifically on supporting the ServiceNow CSM function and assist the organisation in becoming the most effective, innovative and reliable with in their marketplace.

Role & Responsibilities

* Managing & Supporting Process Architect, Engagement Manager, Development Teams
* Adhering to high quality requirements from prospective & existing clients, ensuring high levels of efficiency.
* Training of CSM products to clients and Staff, Publicise CSM Functions

Skills & Qualifications

* ServiceNow CSM Experience, Customer Service, Field Service, Knowledge and Contact Centre.
* Experience in Agile Methodology, Methodical & Relentless Approach to problem solving
* Analytic Mindset, Grace under Pressure, Friendly Countenance
* BCS BA diploma a distinct advantage
