I am working with a large scale Global consulting firm who are looking to expand into the UK ServiceNow market. They require a contractor to come in to service one customer, and help grow the practice while they search for permanent hires.
The successful candidate should have the following:-
-Both hands on technical ServiceNow experience and strong ITIL process experience
-Experience of evaluating implemented business processes
-Strong stakeholder management
The successful candidate will be expected to manage teams for various clients and lead the ServiceNow practice being the sole point of contact with the customer's stakeholders.
This is a mainly remote role, with approx 2 days per month required on site in London, near Tower Bridge.
