4me Engineer / ITSM Consultant - 3 Month contract - 20 hours

My client is looking for a 4me ticketing tool Engineer with some development knowledge preferred because of the automatization.

2 days per week required on site in Brussels.

English plus French or Dutch required

Contract until the end of the year, with chance of extension

20 hours per week, minimum experience required is 5 years

Daily tasks (requests, tasks, automation rules, …):

* manage the 4me environment within the customer
* support and assign and explain the roles within 4me
* Standard process explanation within 4me
* supporting CMDB
* knowledge incident management in 4me and request management in 4me
* creation custom fields for demand forms
* dynamic fields hiding with JavaScript
* creating workflows using automation rules
* configure single sign-on in 4me
* ITSM processes knowledge
* guide 4me Industrialization project
* co-operation with Service Owners
* improve Efficiency
* Automatization
