* Having certifications within administration or application development of the ServiceNow platform
* Having any of the certifications within the implementation of ServiceNow in the areas of: IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Operations Management, Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations, IT Business Management.
* Working customer-facing and being exposed to problem-solving with attention to details
* Working according to the Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
* Having strong communication skills
* Working with clients to assess the current state of tools and processes and define approaches to transition to a service-based organization
* Have experience with or the willingness to learn ServiceNow and be a technical delivery resource or solution consultant that designs the elements of the delivery.
* Can Combine the ability to work with technology with the ability to work with customers.
* Has the willingness to learn how to master both the technical and business side in order to become the bridge that enables technology to solve business needs.
