ServiceNow Consultants / Developers (GG - 23/3) Bulgaria



* Having certifications within integration or application development of the ServiceNow platform
* Having any of the certifications within the implementation of ServiceNow in the areas of: IT Service Management, CSM.
* Working customer-facing and being exposed to problem-solving with attention to details
* Working according to the Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
* Are exposed or work hands-on with the technologies present in the ServiceNow platform like Javascript, JSON, HTML, AngularJS, REST Integrations, SQL data modeling
* Having strong communication skills
* Working with clients to assess the current state of tools and processes and define approaches to transition to a service-based organization

* Have experience with or the willingness to learn ServiceNow and be a technical delivery resource or solution consultant that designs the elements of the delivery.
* Can Combine the ability to work with technology with the ability to work with customers.
* Has the willingness to learn how to master both the technical and business side in order to become the bridge that enables technology to solve business needs.
