Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant (Security Operations)

Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant with a passion for Security Operations processes. You will be a technical lead for ServiceNow Security Operations solution implementations including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR), mentored by top security experts. Responsibilities:

* Educate clients on how to maximize the value of their ServiceNow Security programs
* Guide clients through the implementation of their ServiceNow Security solutions
* Demonstrate knowledge and experience of running Security Operations program on ServiceNow
* Identify and document business requirements
* Prioritize customer success and project scope
* Provide technical guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration
* Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle
* Develop training plans and deliver across all functional departments
* Transition customer after go-live to account management and support

Requirements:

* Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Incident Response
* Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response
* 3+ years' professional experience
* 2+ years' experience with ServiceNow implementation
* Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator experience (hands-on configuration work)
* Knowledge of ServiceNow's Security Operation solutions of Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
* Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time
* Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
* Working knowledge of project planning and project management methods and tools
