Financial Controller - Contract (Outside IR35)

Role: Financial Controller (Contract)
Length: 3-6 months
Rate: £400-450 per day
Location: London Bridge, (Two days a week in the office)
IR35: Outside

Currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller who will play a vital role in managing the financial operations of my client.

I am looking for someone who will play a key role in overseeing the preparation and the analysis of financial statement, ensuring compliance and accuracy with the accounting principles. Alongside this, looking for someone that can assist with forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting activities.

* Preparing consolidated financial statements for 10+ legal entities including foreign currencies
* Experience preparing 13 week cash flow forecasts, including modelling cash receipts, and reporting on actual cash flows vs the forecast
* Experience with managing a financial audit
* Preferable: experience preparing UK Vat returns
* 5+ years' experience post CIMA, CA or other accountancy qualification
