Joining a team of 7 supporting a large IT department, looking for someone with excellent communicaiton skills looking to join a collaborative team.

Role & Responsibilities

* Support Lead support for a core ServiceNow module Area (ie. Incident, Change, Portal, Service Catalog, Integrations, CMDB)
* Create and modify Service Catalog Items

Skills & Qualifications

* 2+ Years of ServiceNow development/administration
* CSA Certification required/ CAD cert preferred
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration/customization tools
