ServiceNow Technical Consultant


This Premier ServiceNow Partner who specializes in CSM/FSM is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team of experienced professionals.

Role & Responsibilities

* Engage as the architect on projects to set (and execute on) technical direction and work with the consulting team to implement client solutions
* Participate in and/or lead design workshops (design thinking a big plus), development, testing and deployment activities with some of ServiceNow's top enterprise customers
* Be responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow architecture
* Develop a keen understanding of the solutions we implement and our customer's business
* Support business development and pre-sales activities as the technical lead / architect
* Be an expert in ServiceNow best practices and the products we implement

Skills & Qualifications

* At least 5 years of ServiceNow architecture, implementation, development, configuration and integration experience
* Experience with design and execution of ServiceNow implementations
* Great communication skills for client-facing work
