ServiceNow Sr. Developer
This position will report into the Automation Practice Manager(s). This position will support an Integration as a Service dedicated team providing services to more than one client or more than one client business unit. Experience working with a managed service provider is preferred.
What you'll be doing
Implementing end-to-end integrations
Monitoring and restoring integrations to meet service level agreements and up time
Be the subject matter expert for more than one integration tool technology
Work as part of a integration team to improve the ServiceNow platform and create innovative solutions to business problems using ServiceNow.
Develop, implement and improve existing and new integrations for ServiceNow.
Use your technical skills and knowledge to bring new ideas and improvements to peers and business leaders.
Mentor other team members in integration, monitoring and improvement best practices
Collaborate with other business and technical teams to develop user-friendly catalog items using ServiceNow's latest tools including Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Create scoped applications to help solve business needs and requirements.
B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Tech. from Computer Science, Electronics and Communications and Electrical Engineering fields with an excellent academic record
Minimum 5 years of working experience on the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules
Well versed with different ServiceNow products
Hands-on experience with Incident Management, ITSM, Service Catalog & Asset Management products.
Strong experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc ).
Hands-on experience on Script Includes, Business Rules & Client scripts
Excellent communication skills - verbal & written are truly essential
Demonstrated experience working with business partners to interpret requirements
Experience working in Agile mode and working with remotely located teams.
Great interpersonal skills result driven & Go-getter attitude is highly desirable
Experience building strong business relationships cross functionally
Experience influencing and challenging peers and stakeholders to drive to a common goal/solution
Experience working with and communicating complex problems and solutions
Experience managing, prioritizing, and maintaining concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectations
Experience working with IT systems
