ServiceNow Senior Account Executive


* Act as subject matter resource for Sales Reps in addressing solution questions, customer objectives, proposals and utilization of tactical actions.
* The sales specialists will be responsible for key high impact activities including executive presentation, virtual or live customer demos and leading assessments leveraging 2nd level expertise
* Qualifying and providing sales support for software sales cycles
* Engagement of Extended Resources i.e. Field Specialists, Partners, Pricing, Legal, Risk, Credit, Service Delivery and Support Team
* Development and delivery of customer proposals.
* Customer facing contract creation and explanation.
* Support to point of contract submission and handoff to Sales and Delivery.
* Strategic Discussion of existing software accounts. Focus on account retention and growth, identifying opportunities to expand our partnership in Current Accounts
* This is a quota bearing assignment.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following:

* Candidate Education: University Degree preferred
* Demonstrated successful sales experience
* 4-6 years of successful sales / marketing experience (at or above plan)
* Excellent business acumen and relationship skills
* Excellent presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to think creatively when developing solutions
* Demonstrated ability to grasp technical product and software knowledge etc.
