Responsibilities:

* Attend and provide input into functional design workshops (both on site & remote) including the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and client requirements
* Answer technical and application configuration questions and be able to communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Advise on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture
* Configuration of the ServiceNow platform in adherence to technical best practices
* Provide input into functional design including the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and client requirements

Desired Experience:

* ServiceNow Consulting experience in a direct client-facing role, ideally within a services organisation working on multiple projects
* Expertise in finding ServiceNow solutions to solve business problems
* Experience scripting using JavaScript or Jelly including Business Rules, Client Scripts and UI Actions
* Ability to produce documentation on various levels including technical and customer facing
* Excellent verbal, written communication and presentations skills together with the ability to deliver customer presentations
* Understanding of Agile delivery and Project Management methodologies
* Broad business and technology skills coupled with client interfacing skills
* Understanding of common business analysis techniques and approaches
* Demonstrated ability to organise workload, multitask, think analytically, solve technical problems, and establish relationships
* Focused self-starter, self-motivated, self-directed and driven to deliver
* Good understanding of at least one of the following ITSM/ITOM/Sec Ops
