ServiceNow Technical Consultant - £60,000 - £70,000 - Remote

I am currently working with a ServiceNow Partner who are looking to bring in a ServiceNow Technical Consultant. The company themselves are currently growing and are looking to bring a new member into their team who has the capabilities to make a real impact towards the future of the company as well as the direction of which they go in.

Responsibilities:

* Leading the creation and delivery of solutions for customers while considering the requirements during the process design while adhering to ServiceNow best practice
* Collaborating and contributing to the creation, deployments and maintenance of the technical best practice and standards
* Ensure that work which is being delivered is completed in a consistent, high quality manner
* Contribute towards the continual improvement of the ServiceNow Platform by enhancing the processes throughout the project
* Management of clients after the initial project implementation

Experience:

* Active listening skills, respecting others' point of view and takes ownership of contributing the required input while demonstrating strong communication skills
* Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITSM solutions
* Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
* Knowledge of ITIL
* Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks)
* Ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
* Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the department's credibility, operations, and services

Qualifications:

* 4+ years working on the ServiceNow Platform
* ITIL Certified
* Experience working with CSM (Customer Service Management)
