Role: ServiceNow Architect

Salary: £75,000k - £85,000k (DOE)

Location: London/Full-Remote

Role & Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company undergoing a period of aggressive growth.

*Providing subject matter expertise in the design, development and implementation of the following capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform; ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Service Portal.
*Leading requirement gathering workshops and evaluating the most appropriate and effective technical solutions
* Designing data model and required architecture aligned to ServiceNow best practice
* Providing technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the development team
* Produce user stories & Demos & POC's
* Perform and participate in product road-map

Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with the ServiceNow Platform (Technical Consultant, developer)
* Strong consulting experience,
* Expert in JavaScript, relational databases / SQL, data normalisation, object-oriented design and three-tier architecture
* Extensive experience working with stakeholders at all levels
* Knowledge of ITIL and service management
