ServiceNow Business Analyst - £50,000 - £60,000 - Glasgow or Manchester based
I'm currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst who is looking for a new position, this will be working on the clients internal platform to help develop and move it forward.
Experience:
* Proven experience of working as a business analyst to drive out and capture business processes and requirements.
* Experienced in business and operational architecture design with a solid understanding of implications on adjacent business areas
* Ability to lead complex business conversations with senior stakeholders and able to shape complex solution definitions
* Very proficient knowledge of the available business analysis tools and templates, able to guide others and able to evaluate possible other relevant tools and templates
Responsibilities:
* Understanding and documenting the current "as is processes" and "to be processes"
* Being accountable for capturing requirement specifications for enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes within agreed timeframes
* Leading various ITSM customer working and focus groups to influence and solicit requirements
* Directing interaction with customers - as well as on and off-shore development teams
* Identifying areas of process and tooling improvement, ensuring gaps are clearly defined and assessed, and working closely with the development teams throughout all phases
* Coordinating user acceptance testing with key project stakeholders to ensure deliverables align to requirements
* Working closely with BA's in other ITSM streams and taking an active role in customer and stakeholder engagement sessions
* Taking respective ownership throughout the project lifecycle as required
