ServiceNow Project Manager - Remote - up to £65,000

I'm currently working with a ServiceNow Partner who are looking to grow their functional team. They have a very strong team culture that they pride themselves on to ensure that their employees continuously want to improve their practice.

Responsibilities:

* Be responsible for the successful delivery of new products built on the ServiceNow platform and for significant enhancements to the existing product set
* Provide support to the Project Managers from the ServiceNow CoE delivery team who are responsible for the delivery of applications to support internal CC functions
* Provide support to the Project Managers from the ServiceNow CoE delivery team who are responsible for the deployment of accelerator products to their customers
* Report to the Solutions Development Director but be expected to prioritise her/his own work and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales

Accountability's:

* Reaffirming project scope against project objectives and goals, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
* Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and internal customer stakeholders (including roles/responsibilities and areas of the project requiring essential internal customer involvement/input)
* Determining and assessing the need for additional staff and/or consultants and liaise with the Resourcing team to obtain additional staff
* Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
* Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
* Proactively managing changes in project scope, identify issues and managing risks
* Providing feedback to other Solutions Development team members, and Team Leads and management in the wider ServiceNow CoE to recognise quality work, and the need for development and improvement of people and processes

Experience:

* Previous experience of managing IT transformation or software development projects (preferably ServiceNow related)
* The ability to engage with customers at all levels of seniority
* Good knowledge of the different ITIL disciplines and the implementation applications to underpin them
* Be capable of working with both internal and external customers and managing their expectations
